Subject:		Hyperlinking to footnotes or endnotes

Message:		I have wished to be able to link to footnotes from one part of a book to another - on the same "page" if possible. The only way I can see to be able to link to footnotes is to change them all to endnotes on a separate page, and link to that page, returning to the main page via the key. Is such a feature for same-page footnoting feasible? Or is it more a word-processor feature?
