Willie,
Please read everything before proceeding and please ask if any questions.
Your old Modules will not work with the New Online Bible Version 2.10.05.
For the Floating Window to appear open Online Bible, Select View, then select Floating Window Lookup and then select Floating Window Word Lookup. The windows will then open as you pass the cursor over them.
The Topical Index was replaced by Themes.
But if you truly installed Version 8.0 on this Computer and then installed the newest version, then I would highly recommend that you dump your Temp Files, save any modules that you have made yourself, and your notes file. Uninstall Online Bible and remove the Bible file folder in My Programs and in My Documents. These two versions should not be on the same computer.
I would then restart the computer and download the Starter Pack. After installing this you can open Online Bible, go to Help, and select check Modules for Updates, then select the New Modules Tab. And by selecting any module and then clicking Update, you can install all future modules this way. It will automatically close Online Bible and install the module. Then reopen OLB and repeat the proceedure.
There are 3 PDF Files with Manuals, click on the Online Bible Icon Logo on the top of this page, on the lower right hand column select Manuals, downlaod and save Quick Study Manual, Online Bible Manual and Advanced User Manual.
The new program has a converter built in to convert any old modules that you made or your Notes to be used with the new program. Let met know when you are ready and I will give you some instructions.
