Hi Bobby--
Yes, ACD refers to Adult Cloth Diaper Co.. I think I'm fortunate to be able to wear denim pants so much, as the day-weight ACD gauze diapers are pretty well concealed, especially if I use a long-tail overshirt or smock. While it's true that even heavy disposables are more discreet bulk-wise (I can do without the overshirts), the absorbency and skin comfort of cloth are still preferable to me most of the time.
