I can't understand why so many makers of adult diapers don't put leak guards on them. Manufacturers of baby diapers know how important they are, and put huge leak guards on them, 1 to 1 1/4 inches high. Yet if you can find leak guards at all on adult diapers, they are usually 1/2 to 3/4 inch high. Only the premium brands have decent ones, like Molicare and Abena. I find they make all the difference. Even more so when you use stuffers inside. |
