Although I do not have your neurological disease, I do have a genetic disease which has caused similar incontinence difficulties. At its worst, my urologist measured my bladder capacity at 1.25 ozs.. You need good reliable protection, which may mean high-quality disposables such as Abenas or Molicares, or good washables with plastic pants. Washables are expensive to purchase, but they do pay off in the protection they afford and in their longevity. If you opt for plastic pants, i suggest polyurethane, or polyurethane plus nylon, because they last far longer than vinyl. good luck. Carl |
