It looks like we have similar diseases I have CIDP a neurological disease which is a sister disease to MS.
The difference is MS is the nerves inside the spinal column and CIDP is the nerves out side the spinal column but both can do about the same thing to you.
I can understand you don’t want to where diapers I don’t either and being a male I have a couple of other options available to me that help.
I could never get intermitting cath to be of much help to me except it emptied my bladder completely according to my doctor. Intermitting cathing dose have its place if you get infections because you don’t completely empty your balder then it might be necessary.
Here is one option that I had done to me in the hospital.
They used a reusable chuck or bed pad 30x34 under me then one over top of me and had clamps or you could use large paperclips down the sides to hold it all together. It is like you are in a tube this worked out very well and easy to take care of.
Being incontinent is no fun but it is a reality of life for some of us and I would rather use protection rather than miss out on what time I have left of this life.
Last Wednesday my wife and I drove to Virginia for the birth of our second grandchild it was fantastic. It is a 6hr drive for us I could have never done it with out the aid of using a good disposables.
