Hi there, I know the feeling of not really wanting to wear diapers 24/7. I'm battling that myself too.
At the moment I'm happy with the Depends Super Underwear (not the regular kind - heavier duty) They don't leak for me at all. They cope with the gush my bladder can throw at it.
Ring a couple of medical supply places and ask for samples. Honestly, they don't mind sending out samples - they see it as a possible customer coming in. :D
Tena pull-ups didn't work at all for me and I found them to be the least absorbant of all the pull up type protection.
Trying different types is good too because you can find a product that works for you, is comfortable and fits. A product that doesn't fit will leak guaranteed. (I had a pair that was tight in the waist but gaped in the legs, and I had another brand that was scratchy like sandpaper eeek! They both got scratched from the list really fast!)
