Hi Rob
From what you described it could be an in large prostate gland.
Considering when you took the antibiotics and it cleared up some burning you had and slowed down the dribbling some, that would be my bet.
But the urinary system is complex and there is several other things it could be but in most cases it is the prostate.
Has you doctor ever checked your prostate with the good old finger test and a blood a test PSA?
These two tests can tell a doctor a lot.
My PSA levels just jumped up so my doctor had me get my blood tested every week along with urine testing for three weeks now I waiting to here the results I hope this week.
It is also normal as men get older to leak some our prostate gets bigger as we age and the PSA levels also go up not fun growing old.
I am sure others will answer and maybe have more info for you.
