While I generally agree that your age may make it less likely that you have prostate issues, it doesn't preclude them either. I too was a relatively early patient (about 42), and I've met plenty of guys who developed prostate problems in their early 30s. Consider the possibility of a congenital stricture of some sort that hasn't effected you until now, possibly because of prostate growth, sexual activity, what-have-you. As advised, your best bet is that uro consult. As far as management, what you're doing seems good until you find a probable cause and treatment options. |
