Your observation of the economy is not so far out and it might be a good idea to do some stocking of products we use. I also think the price will be going up on our products and effect everything we use and eat.
As for I use Ultraflex (Polyurethane) pants from Gerry and have used the same two pairs for well over a year and a half and they are still going strong.
I like pure Polyurethane plastic over the nylon with Polyurethane backing mainly the nylon is sown together where Gerry pants are heat welded and if you sleep on your side it is a place they can leak but they both last almost forever.
