Singapore Darts Supplies
Does anyone know the name, phone number and address of a reliable darts supply store in Singapore? Ivar, the owner of the New Cowboy Bar goes to Singapore at least once a month. When needed, he picks up darts supplies there because they are better quality and cheaper than buying them in Thailand (his words not mine). The last time he was in Singapore the store he usually goes to had closed or moved to a new location. He has talked about having a second team from the New Cowboy Bar in the LSDL next season and wants to buy some dartboards, darts, etc. Any help would be most appreciated!! Thanks in advance, "CW" |

Hi CW. I was in Singapore a couple of years ago and I stayed in a hotel next to a darts bar. I got talking to some customers that played darts in a league. I did buy some flights over the counter. I got a business card from one of them. The name on the card is, Ian Nicholas Chan. The web site is , www.singaporejews.com I never contacted him but maybe he can point you in the right direction. Out of Topic, CW, would Ivar himself play? When I started playing for the New Cowboy Team in -95 we were in the same team. Would be great if he came back. Also, say hello to him from me. |

try this email address, I got it from searching singapore darts . . . arang@pacific.net.sg - http://www.cyberdarts.com/assnSingapore.HTML otherwise I would check out Holland Village down in Singapore - it's mainly for expats and has a lot of western shops. . we brought a dart board etc while in KL a few years back so I am sure they are down there |

Thanks for the info Gayle and Kenny, will check out the sites you gave and pass the information on to Ivar. Osmo, I am not sure if Ivar will be playing on the new team but the team will mainly be made up of people from his office or people he works with. Will pass on your hello to Ivar. Two Companies I can recommend. Champion Sports top floor Peninsular centre & harith's house of darts on Balestier Complex, Balestier Road. Regards Richard |
