Don Grace 24.05 Salmon takes lead
Don Grace [Webster NY] edged out Shaun Curry's 21.07 salmon Saturday May 3, in the Spring LOC derby. Grace entered his fish at the Slippery Sinker in Olcott. A 13.02 Brown Trout kleads that division and a nice 18.09 Lake Trout leads the Lake Trout division while Delbert Davis is leading the Rainbow division with a 11.02 pound fish. Davis is from Indiana and was fishing with Captain Frank Campbell. Fish was weighed in at the new "Petroy Marina" in Youngstown. You can still enter the derby at any weigh station. You MUST sign in BEFORE 7:00 am on the day you plan to fish. Also, remember any salmon weighed MUST weigh at least 20 pounds and any Trout MUST weigh at least 10 pounds.
