Message:		I have a chance to purchase a 1988 Achilles 11-foot inflatable boat, made with hypalon, and a 1989 Evinrude 15-hp motor. The price for both is $1200. The owner claims both are in excellent condition, but the boat is deflated, but I have read..... 1) The glue will only last 20-25 years, and 2) Mice may have gotten into the deflated boat while in storage and chewed holes. The boat has never been used in salt water. Can you tell me, would you purchase this boat considering its age and the issue of the glue failing? If yes, do you think this is a fair price? Thank you very much.
