I especially liked your explanation of learner focused training. You get it. I wonder how many folks understand this and how SAFE will be able to promote this as the modern model of aerospace education.
Kudos for your bravery in acknowledging publicly - the lack of efficacy in flight instructor training. Your advocating an overhaul of the entire flight education, flight instructor training and certification process may sound strident to some – but those of us that have been carrying that banner find resonance in your words.
The apprenticeship concept finds analogy in the student-teaching requirements by many education certifying bodies.
