Having seen most of the 'fly tipping' consists of larger bulkier items wouldn't it be sensible to include an open 6-10 mt skip for people to fill themselves untill the authorities have come up with an alternative tip, rather than leaving rubbish lying around. It has to go in a skip the other end, besides we shouldn't have to sort it for the contractors, that is their job.
