After reading good reviews of Tena Stretch Super diapers here and several other places, I decided to buy a bag of them and give them a try. I agree with reviews that say they're easy to put on and have a high capacity. However, after wearing three of them over 24 hours, I developed painful abrasions around the legs. So I've switched back to Abena Level 4. Interestingly, the Tenas didn't feel scratchy
