its been a long time since this board has been functional..good to see posts.. I recently had a recurrance of incon.. tried getting treatemnt with pelvic relaxation tehrapy ..got dry for 2-3 months then started wetting again...so ive decied to live with incon..and recently started cathing due to retention.
