HI i had a thought one night when i was sleeping your going to think it's weird but it works. I wear 3 diapers first i take a Large Tena i poke holes in it with a small knife i lay it down here's the wierd part then i put "CAT" litter down the middle of it not tons but enough to cover it. Then i take a prevail poke holes into it cut off the back and front wings and use it as a insert put it down onto the tena then baby powder then put it on. Then i put on a XL Tranquility Night Time over it.
