Please help me find the parents of Mat Van Aken, b 6Sep1844 Kingston, Ulster Co, NY. In 1880 he was in Westfall, Matamoras, ae 35, with wife Mary E, ae 36, and Sol, ae 9 b NY. In 1910 he was in Pike Co., PA, ae 65. Does anyone have access to the 1850 & 1860 census for Kingston, Ulster Co, NY? Does anyone have access to Pike Co, PA records for death and burial information? Mat was in the Civil War (from NY)and in 1906 was Commander of the G.A.R. Carroll Post in Port Jervis NY. Any info would be appreciated.
