Thanks for your inquiry on Anton Van Aken. The article came from a published county history. I do not have further information on Anton Van Aken, but there was an article on the Wissink family (Anton VA married Marie Wissink). Marie Wissink's parents were Hendrikus Wissink (1829-1886) and Marie Hemming (1839-1879). They were married in 1867 in Holland. They had 5 children including Marie.




Is there any way to get the birth, marriage or death record or census records for the family in the Netherlands? Any help or advice would be appreciated! Ann

Is their any research on Family Trees of Nothern-Dutch branches? Or precessors of Anton van Aken, who 'fled' Gaanderen in the region Achterhoek, province Gelderland? I believe my granddad could be a nephew of him.
