Barb; Just wanted you to know from my research (Pocahontas "connections")that I have found many descendants of Tom and Jane Rolfe in Nelson County, Va. (Nelson County even has a Bowling Lane (Drive) off of Rt. 29 (West Side)); Monacan Indians at Bear Mountain "Settlement" has many Braham surnames and has Kenny Braham as Chief of the Monacan Nation there... and Bill Rolfe is County Adminisrator of Bedford County (east of Roanoke, Va.). He has dark skin of Native American,; very bright guy (not sure of his family history)... oh, yeah... about me; have lots of family history/oral tradition of being descended from Pocahontas from my late Grandmom Tate (was a Bowling before marriage and looked like a "full-blood"... black eyes... dark skin... black hair...) so...
