I am interested in the 112th Illinois Infantry as my greatgrandfather, Judson Atwood, was a private in Co. I. There is a history written by one of the captains of the unit that I would like to acquire.

There is a book HISTORY OF THE 112TH REGIMENT OF ILLINOIS VOLUNTEER INFANRY, by B. F. Thompson. Original copies are probably pretty rare and expensive, but the Higginson Book Company has reprinted it for something like $45. You can contact them at 978-745-7170.
