Looking for burial site of person that died at Columbus, Ky.-1863

Is it possible to locate a specific burial site? Are their any records available or were they buried in mass graves? I have his causualty sheet with cause of death, date etc. from National Archives, but have no clue as to grave location. They do mention a register of deceased soldiers. Any one know of these?

Phil,

In what unit was the soldier? Did he die in a hospital? What other facts do you have?
