Looking for info. on a book my mom found info. on my ggg-grandfather (Wm. H. McCoramack, 2nd IA Cav., died Dec. 17, 1864 near Franklin, TN).

Has anyone ever heard of this book or know where I could obtain a complete copy? She found it in a library many years ago but (surprise) its not there anymore. I only have a copy of pages 150 and 151. Any info. would be appreciated
