Can the Parliament prevent the Judiciary in the name of policy matters ?
No parliament can support convicted criminals for contesting in the election... because it is not only unconstitutional but also against the interest of the nation as well as against the interest of public at large. Until SC adjudicated matters within four corners of the prevalent laws...the action of the Judiciary is not against the privileges and prerogatives of the parliament..
