In reference with the new Govt rule (with no stamp duty) I want to make an affidavit on stamp paper worth Rs 500. will it be sufficient.

Currently the property is in the name of mine and my mother jointly. Now i want to make transfer from my mothers name to my son's name ( 2 year old).

How much expense will it take for overall process.
