Im looking to buy the sea eagle 10.6 The hull is 91 pounds, add 40 pounds for the floor. My question is for all you guys with boats the same size/weight...how hard are these boats to set up and launch solo??

Very easy to set up. Takes about 30 min. with electric pump bought at Target. I finish off inflating with foot or hand pump. Outboard motor will add time to this.
