I have a nice little yamaha 3hp I want to rigup to my Rib. I have an existing Tohatsu 60hp with hydraulic lift and stirring console . My problem is I have little room for the mounting of this little backup engine. I got a flyer in the mail recently that had a transom adapter. I'm ordering the adapter for the transom lift to slide into so I don't have to have it mouted all the time. It appears to be a good Idea as I want the security of a backup just in case. I do some travling along the coast where I.d hate to be caught without power. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. I have a 15 ft BAT Rib Thanks JP
