Info on AQUATEC and SPLASH inflatables?

Hi,
Does anybody have any info on what happened with the Aquatec and Splash brands? They were marketed by a company from Netherland I believe, Sepra Marine. Recently their website disapeared and I can't find any more info on them. Thanks, Andrei
