Gearing inflatable up for fishing

After months of contemplating, i finally purchased a 3.4 m Quicksilver sport inflatable with a Mercury Super 15. New Zealand offers many fishing opportunities within 400 meters of its calm east coast shoreline and this totally portable solution does the trick.

I would really appreciate it if anyone has any advice on rigging it up for fishing i.e. portable depth sounder, rod holders, baitboard etc.

I am also keen on getting useful tips for easier transportation and fastening of the motor (48+ kg's) as well as transporting fully assembled boat and motor over grass, stone, gravel etc.for launching.

Regards to all

Check out the following link. These ones are pricey though. I bought some just like those some years ago and only costed about 130 US.
