I have removed Snap Davits from my Zodiac. I used a Hair Dryer on high heat. it took a while as the snap davit base is very thick after heating the area as best as possible I started at the top edge and heated and pulled . it took about 35 minutes to remove. be sure and sand all of the glue off before reattaching.I used an orbital sander with 80 grit paper.
