I found using a washable-under pants (cost Australian dollar 35 each) with inserts/pads are an economical way of controlling urine incontinence. But the question is to choose a pad which is economical, reliable and comfortable. Most men pads are expensive, so I found one "Essential super pad that costs me 8 Australian cents each and, I can afford to change them more frequently. However, the problem that I am facing is that when I fold this pad and insert it in the cavity/profile, it makes it a bit bulky. Any further suggestion, please?
